•	Berechtigungen kontrollieren! Wenn die Berechtigungen für den SynerGIS extensions Service User nicht für die entsprechenden Ordner gegeben sind, kommt es zu diesem Error.

•	Gerade bei einem verteilten Szenario ist es wichtig, dass jener User, unter das der "SynerGIS WebOffice Extensions" Service läuft, volle Zugriffsrechte am Output Folder auf dem share Laufwerk hat.

•	Dazu die Markup GDBs von der WebOffice10.3-DVD verwenden und die vorhandenen Markup GDBs im Verzeichnis arcgisserver\directories\ServiceDocuments\SynOutputService ersetzen - siehe dafür Kapitel SynOutputService publizieren

•	Alternative: Verlagern Sie die Markup Featureklassen vom SynOutputService in eine SDE Datenbank, wenn die Probleme mit den Markup File-Geodatabases vermehrt auftauchen. Mehr Details siehe: Markup Featureklassen in SDE verlagern.
