By configuring Export profiles in WebOffice author standalone a specific link will be established to the WebOffice extract server configuration files.

There are two supported configuration scenarios:

You may either configure no export profiles in WebOffice author standalone at all. Then WebOffice 10.9 R4 will provide all extract profiles that are saved in the export configuration directory (default path C:\arcgisserver\directories\WebOfficeExport\configuration)

You can explicitly configure export profiles in WebOffice author standalone. Then WebOffice 10.9 R4 will only provide the extract profiles that have been configured explicitly in the WebOffice 10.9 R4 project configuration, although there might be more available in the configuration directory.
