Settings
The application profiles are selected and managed in the settings of WebOffice author standalone.

This setting also allows to synchronize layers of published services that are connected. If this option is not selected, only layers connected to ArcMap or ArcGIS Pro are synchronized with the WebOffice usermanagement.

Create automatically backup of projects |
If this option is activated, under <application>\WEB-INF\classes\configuration\projects\AutoBackup, automatic backups of the currently opened project configuration including time stamp are created every 10 minutes. |

The interval at which the topic assignments are reloaded in the application. All HTTP services are loaded to reset the connections of the layers and redefine unconnected ones.

The interval in which the availability of the ArcGIS Pro / ArcMap connectors is checked to lock or unlock the buttons. This value is divided by 2 internally.

Interval between broadcasts to the connectors (milliseconds) |
The time between transfers of the WCF client with the connectors. Is used in 3 situations: 1. Ping on WCF connection in 3 situations (so 1500 milliseconds by default). 2. Timeout on a query via the WCF client 2.1 times the height (i.e. by default slightly more than 1000 milliseconds). 3. Services are retransmitted at the specified interval and activity statuses (active or passive) are set.

Interval between synadmin Interface checks (minutes) |
The interval between which the author checks whether WebOffice (more precisely the synadmin interface) is accessible; if this fails, it is repeated up to 3 times.

Idle time for syncrhonizing connectors (minutes) |
The time that must have passed since the last check of the ArcGIS Pro / ArcMap connectors in order to resynchronize.

Time when Author is set to idle (minutes) |
If nothing has been clicked on in the author within this period of time, the author is considered to be idle and various updates are not performed.

If this option is activated, several projects can be selected and edited together in the Open Project area. |
