Network analysis uses the ArcGIS Online network analysis services which are secured and use the ArcGIS Online security model. In order to use network analysis services, an ArcGIS Online subscription is required. Service credits are consumed when you use network analysis services.

When using the routing service from ArcGIS Online (https://route.arcgis.com/arcgis/rest/services/World/Route/NAServer) you will find the parameters for the configuration of Analyse: Find Best Route in the ArcGIS Online help: https://resources.arcgis.com/en/help/arcgis-rest-api/#/Route_service_with_synchronous_execution/02r300000036000000/.

WebOffice 10.9 R4 supports the output of the calculated route via Print and Export Map Image.

Network analysis from ArcGIS Online routing service represents the results in WGS84. If you realize some mismatch/offset in the routing result in WebOffice 10.9 R4 clients, you will have to define the proper transformation to WGS84 on the main map service in ArcMap. After that restart the map service and reload resources.
