Configure print templates

To use the Configure Print Template wizard, you must already have a project configuration loaded.

The following section provides detailed information about the required steps in the wizard.

Starting the Wizard:

In the ribbon Project Wizards you can find the wizard Configure print templates. After starting the wizard you have to chose the type of the print templates which you want to edit.

Print service (VertiGIS Printing only):

If you have selected VertiGIS Printing (ArcGIS Printing Tool Task) in the previous step, you must select the corresponding print service to be used for printing in the WebOffice 10.9 R3 project in the next step.

Print templates:

In the next step you can choose which templates should be integrated in your project. You can also configure here whether the respective templates are to be enabled for print series, Index plot and High resolution printing. You can assign categories to summarize templates more efficiently.

Settings:

In this step, various settings can be set together for all selected print templates. A checkbox can also be used to select which fields can be changed by the end user in the client.

Output formats:

In this step, you can select the output formats in which the printout can be created. A corresponding standard format can also be configured here.

Print scales:

In this step you can make various settings concerning the printing scale. You can select whether the options Current Scale, Current Extent and Free Scale should be available in the client and in which scales you can print. A default scale can also be defined here, which is initially set when the respective print template is called up in the printing process.

Finish:

After all settings have been made, you will receive a summary before you can complete the wizard by clicking the Finish button.
