License Installation

Once you have received your license file (license.properties) you need to upload it directly via WebOffice Administration SynAdmin directly.

Please note that the licensing has to be compliant with the EULA. For more details see chapter Copyright Information / EULA.

To do this, open the administration page SynAdmin (http://<myServer>/<WebOffice-Anwendung>/synadmin) and switch to the tab License.

Click the Browse button an select the received license file (license.properties).

Then, finish licensing by pressing the Import License button.

After importing the license file SynAdmin asks whether you want to reload the application. Confirm by clicking the OK button and log-in again.

Now check if the license is installed correctly by again visiting the WebOffice 10.9 R4 Administration Page and go to the tab License: In the Licensed and Expiration date columns you can control the availability of the installed license.

If you get a warning message after importing the license in the WebOffice Administration Page (SynAdmin) in the area Map Services that there is a discrepancy with the license file used, then please contact your respective WebOffice support team as you might have to request a new license file. The reason may be a mismatch in the number of licensed cores of ArcGIS Server and the WebOffice license file.
