Configure Basic Settings for WebOffice User Management
WebOffice author automatically keeps the user management database (UMDB) base data in sync when using the User Management option in the basic settings menu. From now on when saving a project configuration, WebOffice author saves changes
•to the project configuration file as well as
•to the user management database

Anyway, note that with WebOffice author standalone it is only possible to access user management databases with data model Version 10.9 R4. It is strongly recommended to upgrade the user management to Version 10.9 R4.
