Create a new Restriction for Print, Report or Export or modify an existing one. Use this function to prevent users from certain groups to access print templates, ePaper reports or export profiles of your WebOffice 10.9 R4 project. Before using this wizard you have to have configured Print, Report and Export Templates in UserManagement Admin Web.

 

 

First select the group you want to create the restriction for.

 

 

The second step offers the option to choose a print, export, or ePaper map service. It is optional and in the case of having none selected the template will work with any map service.

 

 

 

In the next step select the print, ePaper or export templates that you want to restrict.

 

 

In the last step decide whether you want to deny or allow access to the print, ePaper or export template.

 

 

 

Finally you will get a summary about the restriction that has been created.
