Add Extension User to Group "Performance Log Users" (Optional)

This procedure is issued as a general recommendation by VertiGIS and should be performed after the installation of the WebOffice Extensions on the system. This setting should help when the printing (Legacy) process in a WebOffice 10.9 SP1 project takes a long time.

When in the entry Lock ResetServiceInfo 3 is frequently found in the GeoOffice LogFile, then this indicates that the extension user is not in the group of performance log users.

The entry Lock ResetServiceInfo 2 is an indication that the user already has sufficient permissions and does not need to be added to the group separately (e.g. this is the case if the user is a local administrator).

 

On the system there is a group Performance Log Users. The user who will be used for the WebOffice extensions must be added to this group.

Open the Windows Computer Management and go to Local Users and Groups. The WebOffice extensions user must be added to the group Performance Log Users.
