•The value must be an http URL which can be resolved on the GIS Server.

•Especially if a relative path is used (e.g. pub/images/logo.png), make sure that forward slashes are used and not backslashes!

ID of field value

The ID for this predefined function field is always company_logo.

Logo (Company) properties

 

Make sure that your print template (.layout file) contains the function field company_logo. Only then, the configuration in WebOffice author will have an impact.
