Depending on wheter the Markup styles are configured for the WebOffice 10.9 R4 project, either the corresponding Markup styles or the style dialogue are available.

Selection Redlining Type

If no Markup styles are configured, different settings are available in WebOffice 10.9 R4 which can differ depending on the element to be drawn:

1) Polygon

If you select Polygon in the dropdown-menu any area can be drawn in WebOffice 10.9 R4. In addition the Line Width of the polygon frame, the Stroke Color, the type of line, the FIll Color and the Opacity of the Fill Color can be defined. If a corresponding Snap Layer is configured it can be selected and point or line snap can be activated.

Note: More detailed information on the creation and use of snap layers can be found in the chapter Snap Layers.

Note: You can also select a configured Markup Style instead of any settings.

 

 

Place the points of the area on the map by clicking the left mouse button. To complete the creation of the existing object, double-click or choose Add Feature. In WebOffice 10.9 R4 it is also possible to construct points to create geometrically very accurate drawings.

If you click on Send Email, your mail program will be opened. You can send a link with a corresponding status ID by mail, in which all created redlining objects that were created during the browser session are then available.

2) Line

If you select Line in the dropdown-menu any line can be drawn in WebOffice 10.9 R4. In addition the Line Width, the Stroke Color and the type of line can be defined. If a corresponding Snap Layer is configured it can be selected and point or line snap can be activated.

3) Circle

If you select Circle in the dropdown-menu a circle with any radius can be drawn in WebOffice 10.9 R4. In addition the Line Width, the Stroke Color, the type of line, the FIll Color and the Opacity of the Fill Color can be defined. If a corresponding Snap Layer is configured it can be selected and point or line snap can be activated.

Place the circle's base on the map by clicking the left mouse button. Then the radius of the circle can be defined by moving the mouse. Alternatively, a fixed radius can be set in the corresponding input field. To complete the creation of the existing object, double-click or choose Add Feature.

4) Text

If Text is selected in the drop-down menu, any text can be placed on the map in WebOffice 10.9 R4. You can also define the Font Size, Font Color and Font, activate a Background and select the Background Color. If a corresponding Snap Layer is configured, it can also be selected and point or line snap can be activated.

Place a point on the map with a click of the left mouse button. Double-clicking completes the creation of the object and deletes the entered text from the input field. A new text can be entered for another text object. Add Feature also completes the creation of the object, but when using this function, the text in the input field is retained so that another object with the same text can be created by one click.

Changing an existing object

If you want to change an existing text, (1) select the desired object and activate the edit mode, (2) enter the new text in the text window and (3) place the new text object on the map. The old text object disappears and the new text object can be repositioned until it is finally set with a double-click or Add Feature option.

If you want to rotate an existing Text, (1) select the desired object and (2) open the context menu over the base point of the text and choose Rotate Text. (3) Afterwards choose the desired rotation and finish the operation with a double klick or the Add Feature option.

Deleting a Text

There are 2 different ways to delete an existing object:

 

 

1.open the Existing Objects area and click the x to delete and a specific object, or click Remove All

2.Click the Clear Selection Tool to delete ALL existing redlining objects (Selections/Dimensions/Markups)

 

 

 

5) Point
