By creating a restriction for Print, Report and Export you can implement access rights to several exporting templates including print, export and ePaper. Be sure to have templates (e.g. some print templates) configured in the WebOffice 10 R3 project as well as in WebOffice usermanagement with the correspondent group rights.

In the next step create a new restriction for print, report and export and select a group.

 

 

The second step offers the option to choose a print, export or ePaper map service. It is optional and in the case of having none selected the restriction is valid for every template no matter which map service is used.

 

Note: It is recommended not to select any map service.

 

Continuing with the wizard, in the next step all available templates are listed on the left side. Select the template(s) the restriction is created for.

 

 

In the penultimate step, by checking the box the access gets denied.

 

Note: All configured templates which are not denied explicitly, are available for any user of the group.

 

 

Finally a resume about the created restriction provides the information about the group and templates the access will be denied for.
