Create an empty MS Access database using Microsoft Access for Office 2003 or Office 2007.

Configure the database connection information in the web.config file of User Management Admin Web.

Ensure that the IUSERS or IUSR_<machinename> accounts as well as the NETWORK SERVICE account have write, read, change and delete access rights on the database file as well as on the directory where the MS Access database file is located.

Location for the database could e.g. be C:\Programme\SynerGIS\UserManagementAdminDB.
