Add editing fields to your data

If not existing add the fields for editing-documentation to your data. You need fields that describe:

-Who created the object. E.g. CREATE_BY

-Who changed the object. E.g. CHANGE_BY

-When was the object created. E.g. CREATE_DAT

-When was the object changed. E.g. CHANGE_DAT

-What is the Client-ID of the editor group. E.g. CLIENT_ID
