WFS feature types (analog to layers) can be located in the schema looking for the name attribute of the schema elements.
Note that the property 'substitutionGroup' of the element has to be 'gml:_Feature' and that the element has to have an extension with the value 'gml:AbstractFeatreType' in the 'base' property.
