In WebOffice 10 R3 it is possible to configure a simplified info tool starting an external application directly. So it's possible to click on a certain feature and a configured external application can be started with one click.
•First, you have to configure a new search result view restricted for "Custom Tool". On this result view you have to configure the integration of the external application.

•Below Integration of external applications you have to configure the URL to the external application und the keys which will be assigned.

•At Tools you have to configure a new Identify Custom Tool, which can be grouped or ungrouped.

•As Tool Mode the default value 'Click-Point' is needed.

•As search result for identify select the search result view you have configured before.

•After making one click on a defined feature (in this case other cities) the external application will be started.

•It's also possible, to restrict several search result views for the custom tool and use them for the identify custom tool.

•At Tools you can configure several search result views.

•The Identify Custom Tool can be used for the layer other cities and for the layer country names. For each search result view the configured external application will be started. If there will be found both features after clicking in the map, you can select between the both configured external applications. The defined keys for the external application will be shown in WebOffice 10 R3 client.
