In the Services Management Tool, select Restart for Apache Tomcat service.

You can use this for resetting the WebOffice 10 R3 application (executed by Apache Tomcat service) completely.

 

Note: Restarting of the Apache Tomcat service may work quite fast. Anyway, it will take some time till all WebOffice 10 R3 projects managed by WebOffice 10 R3 application are up and running.
