If you want to format attribute data display in Plot reports plotted with SynerGIS Plotten then you should specify your desired format in the Fields tab of the ArcMap Layer Properties dialog.

 

 

Using the number format dialog it is possible to exactly specify formatting of cardinal and floating numbers (precision) etc.
