The List of ArcGIS Server administration users is necessary for providing an ArcGIS Server administration account (member of local agsadmin group on GIS Server machine) for each GIS server used by WebOffice 10 R3.
An administrative account is needed for reading some specific configuration information of ArcGIS Server map services.

Context idle time [ms]
Note: Defined context idle time in ms defines how long an ArcGIS Soc context must be idle, before a new WebOffice request uses it. In enterprise systems with many requests, default idle time may not be enough for Soc processes to be available. Due to this you can increase the idle time in ms manually to prevent errors like: " An error has occured. Please repeat your request." (Client) respectively "CAN_NOT_GET_POSSIBLE_VALUES" (Server Log). Note that increasing idle time will slower down your System! |
