Maximum list value count

The Maximum list value count limits the count of list values in the Search form.

If the limit is exceeded then a text input box gets displayed in the Search form instead of a list box.

Note: You should not increase the default value because display of list values gets very slow then.

List values in search form

Maximum row count

Specifies the Maximum row count limit of a Table / feature class.

This row count limit must not be exceeded in order to be able to provide a list box in the search form.

Note: Retrieving the value list for large tables takes long time and may risk system stability. Use Lookup tables or Esri domains instead.
