WebOffice 10 R3 supports all data formats supported by Esri base products ArcGIS Server Basic and ArcGIS Server Standard:

•File based data (SHAPE, File Geodatabase, Personal Geodatabase)

•Enterprise Geodatabase (ArcGIS Server Basic Workgroup and Enterprise)

•As well as various raster data formats (TIFF, JPG, MrSID, etc.) supported by Esri base products

Tip: If possible avoid usage of Personal Geodatabase (Microsoft Access) with ArcGIS Server because Microsoft Access is no multi-user database and may cause diverse problems. Migrate to File Geodatabase or ArcGIS Server Basic Workgroup instead.
