Uninstall all old SynerGIS ArcGIS Server extensions (WebOffice plot extension, WebOffice extract server, WebOffice ePaper). With the WebOfficeExtensions setup all extensions are installed/uninstalled with one setup. You always have to uninstall all components to update one, but of course you can update all at the same time! If you have installed any GeoOffice components (e.g. GeoOffice symbologies) you have to update them, too! All WebOffice extension and GeoOffice components that are installed have to be installed in the same version!

 

Note: In case you have troubles uninstalling the software component then refer to the Software Install/Uninstall function of your OS.
