Install WebOffice plot extension (and WebOffice extract server and WebOffice ePaper if needed). See chapter WebOffice plotten ff. for details.

Copy your backed up configuration files to <ArcGIS Server installation directory>\server\user\cfg.

Start the Server Object Manager from the Services configuration of your ArcGIS Server.
