The VertiGIS Studio Item Manager is a free application that can be used by any ArcGIS Creator user type with either ArcGIS Online or on-premises ArcGIS Enterprise.

 

In WebOffice author it can be accessed under the Web Map menu by clicking the VertiGIS Studio Item Manager button.
