Automatic synchronization |
By activating this checkbox, the changes in ArcGIS Pro will be synchronized in real-time and automatically with the WebOffice author standalone.

This tool synchronizes the changes made in ArcGIS Pro with the WebOffice author standalone.

Transfer current map view from TOC |
This button retrieves structure and visibility settings from the currently active ArcGIS Pro map and copies it to a selected map view in the currently opened WebOffice 10.9 SP2 project configuration. |

Get table of contents |
This button retrieves structure and visibility settings from the currently active ArcGIS Pro map and copies it to the table of content of map collection (use entry point WebOffice --> TOC of map collection) in the currently opened WebOffice 10.9 SP2 project configuration. |

Get Geo-bookmarks from ArcMap |
This button retrieves existing bookmarks of the ArcGIS Pro map and copies them to the currently opened WebOffice 10.9 SP2 project configuration. |

Take Layer Selection Colors |
Use this button to transfer customized layer selection colors defined in the ArcGIS Pro map automatically to the according layer configuration of your WebOffice 10.9 SP2 project configuration. |

This button synchronizes the user management database configured in the WebOffice author Basic settings. Use this button whenever you did change the ArcGIS Pro map structure etc.

Sort LayerIDs automatically? |
Allows WebOffice author standalone to automatically sort the LayerIDs in the ArcGIS Pro map. Ascending sorted LayerIDs in the published service are a prerequisite for the correct print functionality in WebOffice. |
