Use a specific ArcGIS Server Output Service if you need some specific configuration within your output service. Otherwise, it is recommended to configure one central ArcGIS Server Output Service in the map elements section. In case you want to configure a specific output service for uploads, make sure that you activated the Server Object Extension and added dynamic workspace for the specified service.
