WebOffice author provides in its ArcGIS toolbar a button for transferring the current ArcMap bookmarks to WebOffice 10.9 SP2.
ArcMap toolbar for WebOffice author - Get Geo-Bookmarks from ArcMap
This button retrieves existing bookmarks of the ArcMap data frame and copies them to the currently opened WebOffice 10.9 SP2 project configuration. They will be saved in the list of geo-bookmarks under project configuration.
