Configure Custom function fields, if you want to give the user the possibility to fill function fields with any desired field values by the help of a form in WebOffice 10.9 SP2. The function values written in the form are displayed in the WebOffice ePaper report.

Custom function fields properties

Specifying the ID of field value of a function field (here: function field Title)
Note: Reserved fields like title, organization, address, creator, creation date, copyright can not be used for custom function fields. If someone needs to use a name like title the custom function field has to be called my_custom_title". If custom function fields conflict with the reserved fields a warning will be shown in the logfile.
Note: If the field is set to editable, the user can edit the field in the finished PDF.
