Identify Custom Tools
The Identify Custom Tool can automatically open an external application in the WebOffice flex which is linked to the search results. Only the Click-Point tool mode is available for the WebOffice flex. The specific query result must have a Custom Tool constraint and an integration of an external application.

If only a single item is found during the identify process, the external application is opened directly from WebOffice 10.9 SP2. In other cases, the external application can be selected from a list. The identified object can be switched to be visible individually.
