Important note:

WebOffice 10.8 SP1 is the last release to fully support the ArcGIS versions 10.2.x and 10.3.x. Using ArcGIS 10.3.1 and below will not allow upgrading to the next WebOffice version after the release of version 10.8 SP1.

Explanation of the 3 states of the Product Life Cycle:

General Availability: availability of the release together with a definition of certified software components (system requirements)

Mature: new major release available, no more current patches/hot fixes, fixes of severe or operation-impeding errors (evaluation is performed by the distributor) only if the customer provides an adequate reason not to upgrade to the next product version.

Retired: after about 12 months of mature phase, fixes for retired products are generally with costs, the evaluation of operation-impeding errors is performed by the distributor
