This configuration is issued as a general recommendation of VertiGIS and should be performed after installation of the WebOffice extensions on the system. This setting should help if the print process in a WebOffice 10.8 SP2 project takes too long.
If you find in the GeoOffice Logfile many entries Lock ResetServiceInfo 3, then this indicates that the WebOffice Extension User is not in the group 'Performance Log Users'.
For example, the entry Lock ResetServiceInfo 2 is an indication that the user already has sufficient rights and does not need to be in the group (e.g. if the user is a local administrator).
There is a group Performance Log Users on the Windows system. Add the extension user, which is used for WebOffice extensions, to the group.
Open the Windows Computer Management and go to Local User and Groups. There you have to add the WebOffice extensions user to the group Performance Log Users.
