Navigation:  GeoOffice ePaper designer > User Interface > Toolbar

With the toolbar (10) you can drag and drop various elements such as report title, group title, data title, feature maps, texts, graphics, etc into the page.

 

With the command Setup toolbox (11) you can put together the bar according to your needs.
