For every map (feature map or current map) it is possible to add and connect a scale bar.
Insert scalebar
A double click on the scale bar opens the properties dialog for the scale bar.
Scale bar properties
For the scale bar you have two options to choose - the connection to the map and the scale units. Choose a map for which the scale bar should be displayed. The list shows all available maps inside the report template.
For the map units, you can choose between three different units:
•Centimeters/Meters/Kilometers
•Inches/Feet/Miles
•US Survey - Inches*/Feet*/Miles*
The US Survey units are marked with * (e.g. mi*).
In this version there exists only one predefined scale bar style. The length and width of the scale bar changes by drawing the size of the scale bar.
