ArcGIS Connection

I made a new ArcGIS Connection. When I click on the Preview, I get an error message. What is wrong?

 

If you build up a new ArcGIS Connection you have to save your template first before you click on Preview. With saving the template, the provider get integrated and stored in the template (mrt).
