The list of search categories specifies the categories for grouping stored queries. Using the group function, it is possible to provide a stored query to users in a structured way. Queries can be grouped thematically across all layers.
Note: Search categories do not perform with WebOffice flex (flash) and WebOffice mobile client.

Note: After various search categories have been defined in this entry point, you will have to relate these categories to configured queries. See chapter Query - Where Clause for details.
Note: If you do not relate every predefined query to an according search category, all unclassified configured queries will be listed automatically in a category "Other queries".
Note: In case a user defines a query and saves it, this type of query will be listed in an automatically created "User defined queries" category. For providing this functionality you have to check the following parameters:
•"Query builder enabled?" set to "true" - see chapter Query for details.
•"Store a Query Builder queries?" set to "true" - see chapter Common Settings for details.
Note: See also chapter Queries for information about how search categories appear in the WebOffice html client.
