WebOffice author standalone > Connection to ArcMap

With "Customize" --> "Toolbars" the toolbar of the WebOffice Author Standalone can be added to Arcmap.

Note: Prerequisite for using the tools of this toolbar is the activation of the extension of the Arcmap Connector under "Customize" --> "Extensions" --> "WebOffice author standalone - ArcMap Connector".

The following buttons are available in the WebOffice author standalone toolbar:

	About	Displays the version of the WebOffice author standalone in a popup window.
	Transfer current map view from TOC	This button retrieves structure and visibility settings from the currently active ArcMap data frame and copies it to a selected map view in the currently opened WebOffice 10.7 SP1 project configuration.
	Get table of contents	This button retrieves structure and visibility settings from the currently active ArcMap data frame and copies it to the table of content of map collection (use entry point WebOffice --> Table of Content (TOC)) in the currently opened WebOffice 10.7 SP1 project configuration.
	Get Geo-bookmarks from ArcMap	This button retrieves existing bookmarks of the ArcMap data frame and copies them to the currently opened WebOffice 10.7 SP1 project configuration.
	Take Layer Selection Colors	Use this button to transfer customized layer selection colors defined in the MXD document automatically to the according layer configuration of your WebOffice 10.7 SP1 project configuration.
	Synchronize User Management database for current project	This button synchronizes the User Management database configured in the WebOffice author Basic settings. Use this button whenever you did change the ArcMap document structure etc. Note: If any problems occur during synchronization, consider chapter Base Data Storage Logging for details.
	Sort Layer-IDs always automatically	Allows WebOffice author standalone to automatically sort the LayerIDs in MXD. Ascending sorted LayerIDs in the published service are a prerequisite for the correct print functionality in WebOffice. Note: In case of problems with the automatic sorting of LayerIDs, the file %APPDATA%\SynerGIS\WebOfficeAuthorStandalone\Configuration.json with a text editor to edit UTF8 text files (e.g. UltraEdit32, PSPad or Notepad++) and set the flag IsArcMapProLogLayerIds to true to log the ServiceLayerIDs. 	Sort Layer-IDs	This function sorts the Layer-IDs manually. Note: More information about this topic see chapter Wrong order of layer IDs causes printing error.
