WebOffice author provides in its ArcGIS toolbar a button for transferring the current ArcMap layer visibility settings to the table of content of WebOffice 10.7 SP1.

 

 

This button retrieves structure and visibility settings from the ArcMap data frame and copies it to the table of content of map collection in the currently opened WebOffice 10.7 SP1 project configuration.
