Layout changes in WebOffice html client have to be applied in the file C:\Tomcat\webapps\<WebOffice application>\client_workspace\JSXAPPS\weboffice\jss\synergis_weboffice_user.xml. The parameters of synergis_weboffice_user.xml override the default settings, which are set in synergis_weboffice.xml.
Changing the synergis_weboffice_user.xml affects all of the projects in your WebOffice 10.7 SP1 application. If you do not want to change layouts for all of your projects, you can copy the synergis_weboffice_user.xml to the folder C:\Tomcat\webapps\<WebOffice application>\pub\styles and rename it. Changes in this xml file will not affect any projects unless you insert the renamed XML name to a specific project configuration in WebOffice author.

Note: Do not change any values in synergis_weboffice.xml, they get lost on an upgrade.
Note: After having changed the layout, don't forget to delete the browser cache.
