Save Printer Settings

All printer settings can be saved to a file (*.printer). Name the printer file (by saving the printer settings) identically to the layout file (e.g. a4.layout and a4.printer) and store it in the same directory. When you load the layout, the printer settings are automatically loaded from the saved printer settings.
