Layout changes in WebOffice html client have to be applied in the file C:\Tomcat\webapps\<WebOffice application>\client_workspace\JSXAPPS\weboffice\jss\synergis_weboffice_user.xml. The parameters of synergis_weboffice_user.xml override the default settings, which are set in synergis_weboffice.xml.
Changing the synergis_weboffice_user.xml affects all of the projects in your WebOffice 10.6 R2 SP2 application. If you do not want to change layouts for all of your projects, you can copy the synergis_weboffice_user.xml to the folder C:\Tomcat\webapps\<WebOffice application>\pub\styles and rename it. Changes in this xml file will not affect any projects unless you insert the renamed XML name to a specific project configuration in WebOffice author.

Note: Do not change any values in synergis_weboffice.xml, they get lost on an upgrade.
Note: After having changed the layout, don't forget to delete the browser cache.
