This function creates an ePaper report based on the passed parameters. The following parameters are supported:

•Service: mxd name

•Dataframe: dataframe name

•Searchlayer: TopLevelGroup/Layername

•Template: ePaper template name

•FeatureId: ID's of the features to be selected

•Scale

•CenterX: X-coordinate of the centerpoint

•CenterY: Y-coordinate of the centerpoint

•Outputformat: PDF (standard), XLS, DOC, RTF, ODT

•Quality: quality in DPI

•SetDynamicElements (ElementId, ElementValue, ElementType): dynamic text elements

•VisibleLayers: layer name of the layer that should be displayed in addition to the basic view.
