All passwords, which are set in web.config have to be encrypted.
Therefore, start the tool PasswordEncryptor.exe that can be found in WebOffice10.5-DVD\Software\UserManagement Admin Web\PasswordEncryption.
Enter the original password in plain text and click at the Encrypt button to get the encrypted password.
