In case you get an error message while creating WebOffice plot prints, WebOffice ePaper reports or while exporting data with WebOffice extract server, please try the following workaround:
Problem Description:
•The respective tool (example shows the Print tool) is available in the toolbar
•The tool form can be opened and settings can be adjusted
•The error message appears after clicking Print

•In the log file you will find this entry:

Troubleshooting:
•In order to avoid the error, please use a user account, defined specifically for the component services. Follow the instructions in chapter Adapt COM+ Applications.
Note: Please be aware that this step has to be repeated everytime the WebOffice extensions 10.5 SP2 are installed or updated.
Note: Configure this settings for all 3 components (WebOffice plot, WebOffice ePaper, WebOffice extract server).
