The folder DxfEntity is a subfolder of the folder Task. With it the output type is defined for objects of the selected Feature Class (FeatureClassName).

The entity type that shall be created is to be entered. Available are

POLYLINE, TEXT, INSERT, DIMENSION, HATCH

Information on target format in CAD:

•CAD blocks (INSERT) and texts (TEXT): are usually exported from point themes from GIS. In case of areas or line themes that are to be exported in blocks or texts, the coordinate values from the configured attributes CoordX and CoordY are used for the insert position. This means that the inexistence of these attributes leads to an error.

•CAD polylines (POLYLINE) and hatching (HATCH): are exported from area themes.

•CAD dimensions (DIMENSION): are exported from GeoOffice dimensions.

Note: Point themes represented with GeoOffice symbols can be exported in blocks or texts.
