Create Integration

In order to use the wizard to create an integration, you have to open a project configuration.

Go through the chapter to find detailed information for every step of the wizard.

 

Start the Wizard:

Step 1: Query Result

In the first step you have to select the data source, i.e. a layer or table, for the integration. Then choose a query result of the selected layer/table. Click Next.

Step 2: Hyperlink/External Application

Decide whether the integration should be a hyperlink or an external application.

Step 3: Properties

Fill in all the necessary properties for your integration. The parameter application name is mandatory and therefore has to be entered.

Step 4: Key configuration

Step 4 of this wizard varies depending on the type of integration you want to create.

If you choose hyperlink in step 2 you may select the result field that should serve as the key field. Additionally, you can decide whether the field name should be shown or not.

If you chose configure an external application you will first have to decide whether to use concatenated or separated parameters.

Step 5: Display Mode

Decide whether the display mode should be either iFrame or Pop Up. If necessary configure a HTML target and change the window type/options.

Step 6: Summary

Within the last step of the wizard you will see a summary of your configuration.
