Use this function to generate a txt file, which includes all feature classes and fields of the currently opened mxd file, that are used as search fields in your WebOffice project and do not have attribute indexes.

In particular, this file is useful if you want to create attributive indexes for all search fields.

 

You can create the txt file by first clicking on the button Searchfield Indexes and then on the status bar in WebOffice author.

Note: After clicking the button Searchfield Indexes, you can alternatively navigate to the directory <WebOffice-Anwendung>\WEB-INF\work to open the newly created txt file WebOffice_author_MissingIndices_<Name_MXD>_<Datum>.txt.

 

The newly created txt file has the following structure:
