Create a report on Effective Group Rights to get a detailed description about group rights. With this report it is possible to answer the following questions:

•What is the reason why user "xy" cannot search for all objects of a specific layer?

•What is the reason why user "xy" cannot see a specific layer?

•What is the reason why user "xy" cannot access a specific tool?

•What is the reason why user "xy" cannot access a specific query?

 

Take the following steps to create a report for Effective Group Rights:

 

1. Select Group

Choose the group you want to report group rights for.

 

Note: Activate the option "Print User information?" to list all users who are members of the selected group in the end of the report.

 

 

2. Select Projects

Select the projects you want to include to the group rights report.

 

 

3. View a Report

Click the generated link to view the report.
