The Main Map Display contains five optional functional elements:
•Scale Bar
•North Arrow
•Copyright
The main map display of the WebOffice html client
Scale Bar
Depending of your configuration a scale bar of various size and color that is using different measure units will be displayed in the right bottom corner of the main map.

Copyright & North Arrow
Copyright and north arrow are both displayed in the left bottom corner of the main map in case they are configured. Regarding the copyright text, there are two types to be displayed:
•project specific copyright information
•layer specific copyright information

Note: In the client intercepted SOE Errors could be shown in the user interface.
Therefore it is also possible, that database-specific Error-Messages (e. g. underlying DB error) can be shown in the GUI. If you configure an unique constraint on an attributefield on database-level and the user enters an existing value twice - the corresponding (database) error message can be displayed in the client. To use intercepted SOE Errors you have to configure a specific attribute on the edit tool. For details see intercepted SOE Errors in chapter Editing.
