Fill in the URL: <externalcall.jsp?project=xxxxxPROJECTNAMExxxxx&query_preset=XXXEXTERNALIDXXX>

Define a Tool icon

3) New -> Static Custom Tool

4) New -> Application with static Hyperlink

Popup window height and –width: 0

Buttons available: No

5) New -> Display mode popup
