Add extension user to group 'Performance Log Users' |

This configuration is issued as a general recommendation of SynerGIS and should be performed after installation of the WebOffice extensions 10.4 on the system. This setting should help if the printing process in a WebOffice 10.4 SP2 project takes too long.
There is a group Performance Log Users on the Windows system. Add the extension user, which is used for WebOffice extensions 10.4, to the group.
Open the Windows Computer Management and go to Local User and Groups. There you have to add the WebOffice extensions 10.4 user to the group Performance Log Users.

Note: After you add the WebOffice extensions 10.4 user to the group, please restart the WebOffice extensions 10.4 service.
